Fees and Perks

Assessors are paid per visit once the results have been checked and approved. Legitimate expenses incurred as part of the mystery shopping exercise are reimbursed. For example, if you are to buy and eat a pizza as part if the assessment, we will pay the cost of the pizza.

Once you have provided us with your bank account details, we will be able to pay you direct in your bank account.

Assessors are not employees of Synovate. Synovate declines all liability incurred as part of a mystery shopping exercise. Synovate cannot guarantee the frequency of the jobs available in your area.
