What about training?

The second element within our registration process is our training manual which you can download from our website. This manual contains the international guidelines to mystery shopping but also an introduction to our own internal requirements in terms of assessment, behaviours, reporting, etc.

To ensure all assessors have retained the key points from our training manual, you will need to pass a test entirely based on our training manual.

The test is quite short and all the answers can be found in the manual. The test is easy to pass, provided you have read the instructions. From then on, your training will be project specific so that before being sent out to conduct an assessment, we will provide you with a set of specific instructions. You will allocate yourself the visits that appear on your page (those that are in your geographical area). The allocation process is easy and involves a very short quiz based on your briefing notes.
